Established in 1977, Graham Gallery specialises in British 19th and 20th century watercolours, oils and prints. The period between 1860 and 1910 was a time when a large number of highly competent professional and amateur artists were painting landscapes and village and town scenes in Britain, and it is these artists and subjects which have always been very well represented at the Gallery.
I'm Carol Gibbs, a professional portrait and landscape artist. I teach, undertake commissions and sell my own work at Strawberry Fields Art Studio, Viables Craft Centre, Basingstoke, Hampshire. I work with a range of media including watercolour, oil, acrylic, pastel and pencil. I can create abstract pieces and landscapes to suit a particular colour scheme and space.

The Art Scope gallery in the stunning atrium at CircleReading provides the ideal space for the display of contemporary art. We have 100 pieces of art on show. This is the largest collection of affordable art on permanent display in Reading. All the art is for sale and all profits go to the charity - Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service.

A potted history of Craftsman Newbury Ltd. and Gallery1753 established early 1960′s. Craftsman opened in West Mills in the early 1960's as an art gallery run by Bernard Rose. In the early 70's the business moved to 61 Bartholomew St. by Blackboys Bridge and continued to trade as a gallery but added framing and crafts. Bernard was eventually joined by Peter Pope and then Peter's twin brother the late Alan Pope.
Made in the Hood is an established site allowing local artists and craftspeople to display their work to a wider online audience. We are based in Woolton Hill, south of Newbury and are open to all artists who are within easy travelling distance of our neighbourhood ("Hood") of Woolton Hill, Ball Hill, Highclere, Penwood and the villages of north Hamphire. We exhibit both as a group and individually as part of the Open Studios Scheme and also at local events.
