About the Business

Born in 1973 Nicholas is an acclaimed portrait artist currently working from the South West of England, he is known for producing highly realistic meticulously crafted oil paintings for both private commissions and public collections.

He began his artistic career as an illustrator, with a wide ranging client list including GWR, BMW, Thalis and BP Castrol. He also enjoyed painting on a much grander scale, creating murals and large canvas paintings for local businesses. In 2005 he began a long running contract as in-house Art director with entertainments company Chordiem, designing and creating backdrops and props to accompany their stage presentations.
