I have inherited an original oil painting by the South West artist, Peter Carter. The picture, called "Marine Forms" was bought by my father in the mid-1970s. Unfortunately, I cannot be more specific than that. I have images of the picture plus the original (undated) invoice, should you wish to see them. Would this be the sort of piece that you would be able to sell for me? Thanks.
